Who we are
Nukam is an analytics platform that helps Indian D2C brands understand the performance of their Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, contact us at hello@nukam.com.
Data we collect from Meta
When you choose to connect your Meta Ads account, you authorize Nukam — through Meta's official OAuth login — to read advertising data using the ads_read permission. This includes your ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads, and their performance metrics (such as spend, impressions, clicks, reach, and conversions), along with aggregated age and gender breakdowns. We only read this data — Nukam never creates, edits, pauses, or deletes your campaigns.
What we do NOT collect
We do not access your Facebook profile content, friends, messages, posts, or any personal social activity. We do not collect data from any Meta account you have not explicitly connected to Nukam.
Account information
To provide the service we store the information you give us when an account is created for you — your name, email address, brand name, and your dashboard preferences (benchmarks, categories, budget targets).
How we use your data
Your advertising and account data is used solely to power your Nukam dashboard: to compute ROAS comparisons, benchmark performance, flag creative fatigue and budget pacing, and generate the insights and reports you see. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
How your data is stored and protected
Data is stored in a secure, access-controlled database with strict per-account isolation, so one brand can never see another brand's data. Your Meta access token is encrypted before it is stored and is never exposed to your browser or any other customer. Access tokens are used only by background jobs that sync your data.
Data sharing
We do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes. We use trusted infrastructure providers (for hosting, database, and email) strictly to operate the service, and they are bound to protect your data.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can disconnect your Meta account at any time from Settings → Integrations, which stops further syncing. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email hello@nukam.com and we will remove it.
Your choices
You control whether to connect Meta, which ad account to sync, and when to disconnect. Disconnecting revokes Nukam's access and removes the stored token.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
